About these terms

liftoffwithkeith.com is run by Liftoff with Keith, a podcast hosted by Keith Newman and produced by Newman Media Studios (“we”, “us”). By using the website or joining the Liftoff Community you agree to these terms. Questions go to keith@liftoffwithkeith.com.

The Liftoff Community membership

The Liftoff Community is a paid membership sold and delivered through Substack. Membership is open to anyone; there is no application. A membership includes:

• one 30-minute call with Keith Newman per quarter, up to four in each membership year;
• one 1-hour GTM Breakdown call on Zoom;
• access to premium posts; and
• the ability to post and comment in the members’ community.

Calls are scheduled with Keith subject to availability. Calls that are not booked within the quarter they belong to do not carry over.

Price, billing and renewal

Membership costs $100 per year, or $10 per month, or $300 per year for the Liftoff Partner Program. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by Substack’s payment processor, and Substack’s terms apply to your Substack account.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price in force at the time, until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your Substack account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If the community isn’t for you, email keith@liftoffwithkeith.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After 14 days, payments are not refunded, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Renewal payments are not refunded, so cancel before your renewal date if you don’t want another year.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

House rules

1. Contribute. Post, comment and share what you know.
2. No cold pitches to other members.
3. Disagree all you like, and stay civil while you do it.

We may remove posts that break these rules, and we may end the membership of someone who keeps breaking them.

The podcast, the newsletter, community posts and calls with Keith share experience and opinion. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and guests speak for themselves. Make your own decisions, and take professional advice where you need it.

Content and links

The content on this website belongs to Liftoff with Keith or the people who licensed it to us. You are welcome to quote and link to it with credit. We link to services we do not control, including Substack, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube, and we are not responsible for what they do.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. A change to the membership price applies from your next renewal, not during a period you have already paid for.
